This is the official Arcophos data marketplace at platform.arcophos.com, operated by Arcophos. This notice explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
Account details. When you create a business-owner account we collect your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). Passwords are stored hashed; we never see them in plain text.
Submissions. Information you choose to provide — company name, description, vertical, website, address, estimated revenue and profit, and the details of any data or business listing you submit.
Researcher requests. If you request access to a sample dataset, we record the email address you provide and which dataset you requested so we can follow up.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review submissions, respond to you, and operate the marketplace. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Submissions and requests are private and visible only to Arcophos administrators. Business owners cannot see one another’s data; access is enforced at the database level.
Storage
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) protected by row-level security and encrypted in transit.
Access & deletion
To access, correct, or delete your information, email founders@arcophos.com and we’ll take care of it.
